Brass plaques honour the death of Captain John Roberts, Lord of the Manor, died 1624 aged 69; also Henry Roberts, died 1654 aged 29; also Thomas Roberts, Lord of the Manor, died 1655 aged 72; also Mrs Mary Jones, daughter of Thomas Roberts, died 1661 aged 38.

There are two memorials, one to Mrs Mary Jones as above, and one to Thomas Roberts, died 1673 aged 49. Can you spot the skull and cross bones? The memorials have a carving of a skull at the foot, and the latter has also a crossed spade and pick and crossed leg bones, which appeared to be fashionable at the time.
